A post waiting for its time now has a Change time button on its card and a time block in its detail, with +1 h, -1 h and +1 day shortcuts. Every network takes the new time at once, the post keeps its first comment and its delivery log, and the log says from when to when and who moved it. Owners, admins and the author can do it.
