ONE COMPOSER, EVERY NETWORK

Schedule posts to 11 social networks from one workspace

Most schedulers charge per channel or per seat to queue posts you had to research somewhere else. ViralHunt puts the viral radar (13 sources), an editorial board with a review stage, and publishing to 11 networks in one workspace, for a flat price per brand.

The Free plan shows the radar and the board; publishing starts at Creator. No seat pricing on any plan.

WHERE IT PUBLISHES

One composer for 11 social networks

One body for the post, then a copy, media, first comment and thread per account where you want them. The composer shows each network's character limit and marks what would be cut; pictures over a network's size ceiling are re-encoded for that network only; videos are probed and re-encoded where the network needs it.

  • FacebookPages as targets, first comments, Auto-DM
  • Instagramcarousels, Reels, first comments, Auto-DM
  • TikTokvideo re-encoded to its profile
  • LinkedInprofiles and company pages
  • YouTubeShorts and videos
  • X / Twitternative threads, media fitted
  • Threadsnative threads
  • Blueskypictures fitted under its 2 MB ceiling
  • Pinterestevery board a target
  • Telegramchannels
  • Google Businessevery location a target

When to send it: the best time to post on every network, measured on the viral posts we hold, not on a survey.

THE PIPELINE

Four stages, and nothing leaves without a yes

Members and agents write; owners and admins approve. A post with a video is prepared and sent by a background job, so a slow upload never dies with the browser tab.

Draft

A person or an agent writes the post: body, media, per-network copies, first comment, thread, notes for the reviewer.

Review

Complete and dated. A reviewer (a person or an agent) grades it against the content policy; a fix sends it back with the note.

Scheduled

Approved with a time, in the project's timezone. Change the time, edit text or media, or add a network without cancelling.

Published

Each network answers with its link. A refusal stays on that network with the reason; transient ones are retried.

WHAT THE QUEUE CHECKS

The mistakes a scheduler should catch for you

Too long, too big, twice

A text over a network's limit is refused, not trimmed. Several pictures only go out together when you mark them as a carousel. The same text to the same account inside three days is stopped unless you say it is on purpose.

Refusals, retries, the log

A network that refuses a post keeps its reason; transient failures are retried; the author and the owner are told once it settles, never about a backlog from last week. Every step is in the post's delivery log, ready to paste into a support message.

Evergreen, Auto-DM, per-brand stats

Evergreen reminders and a duplicate check keep the calendar honest. Auto-DM answers a keyword in the comments on Instagram and Facebook Pages with a message (500 a month on Creator). What performed, by network and by brand, in one report. Agencies run every client as a brand.

FOR YOUR AGENTS TOO

An agent fills the queue, a person says yes

Through the REST API (100 requests an hour on Creator) or the viralhunt-mcp server, Claude, Cursor, n8n or your own agent finds a rising post on the radar, rewrites it for the brand, makes the picture on your template and leaves a complete post in Drafts. A reviewer agent grades it against your content policy; an owner or admin approves. Nothing an agent sends goes live by itself.

COMPARE

Per brand, not per channel or per seat

One brand is one account on each of the 11 networks. The rival cells are the cheapest listed plan that covers that many accounts, read off the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown.

What every network costs, per brand, per month

One brand is one account on each of the 11 networks. Most tools charge per account or per seat; ViralHunt charges per brand with all of them inside, so the same 11 accounts come to a fraction per account.

FAQ

Social media scheduler FAQ

Which 11 social networks can I schedule and auto-publish to with ViralHunt?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X / Twitter, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Telegram and Google Business. Every plan from Creator up publishes to all of them; the count of connected accounts is what grows with the plan.

Does ViralHunt charge per social channel or per user seat?

Neither. ViralHunt prices by brand. Creator is $29/mo for 1 brand with up to 11 connected accounts and 1 user. Studio is $99/mo for 4 brands, up to 44 connected accounts and 4 users. Agency is $199/mo for 10 brands, up to 110 connected accounts and 10 users. The networks are the same on every plan.

Does the scheduler handle threads, first comments and a different text per network?

Yes. A post carries one body plus, per account, its own copy, media, first comment and thread. Threads go out natively on X and Threads; a first comment is posted once the network confirms the post. The composer shows each network's character limit and marks the text that would be cut, and the server refuses a send that is over a limit instead of trimming it.

What is Auto-DM?

A comment-to-DM automation on Instagram and Facebook Pages: a keyword in the comments sends the person a message with the link. Creator includes 500 DM replies a month, Studio 10,000 and Agency 40,000.

Can an AI agent schedule posts into a review queue instead of publishing live?

Yes. Through the REST API or the viralhunt-mcp server an agent leaves complete posts in Drafts; a member or an agent token can never publish directly, only an owner or admin approves, and a reviewer agent can grade each post against the content policy first. A collaborator you trust can be allowed to publish their own graded posts.

What happens when a network refuses a post?

The post goes out on the networks that took it, the refusal and its reason stay on that network, transient failures are retried a few times, and the author and the organization owner are told once it settles. A post with a video is prepared and sent by a background job so a slow upload never dies with the browser tab. Every step is written to the post's delivery log, which you can copy for support.

Can I find the content to schedule inside the same tool?

Yes. The viral radar reads rising posts across 13 sources and any of them can be sent to the editorial board, rewritten in the Content Studio and scheduled from the same workspace. Our best-time-to-post pages come from the same data.
