Give it the topics you care about and it pulls new questions from each one, moving on when a topic stops producing anything new.
Quora used to capture whatever page you had open. Now you save a list of topics and it walks them one by one, pulling questions it has not seen before and advancing to the next topic when one dries up.
Upvote extraction was also rewritten against the real page, and promoted cards are skipped instead of being saved as questions.
