When an agent uploaded its own render of a template and a person then approved the post, the app rendered the template again and added that picture next to the first one, so the post went out with two identical pictures. The render now replaces the picture the post had, a post made on a template is refused at approval if it somehow carries two, and the API answers a clear error when several pictures are sent without saying they are a carousel.
