A post now carries a private field the reviewer reads and nobody publishes: the source link, where the picture comes from, what was checked. Links in the body cut the reach on every network, so the body names the source and the link goes in the notes or in the first comment; the content rule says so, and a "no source" flag now means "no link in the notes". Adding the notes to a post that was sent back asks the reviewer for a fresh look, right from the Drafts page.
