Someone comments a keyword on your post, they get a DM. The ManyChat pattern, built into ViralHunt, with a report of exactly who was answered.
This is the flow that sells: "comment LINK and I will send it to you". Until now that meant paying for a second tool. It is in ViralHunt now.
You build a rule: which post, which keyword, what the reply says, what the DM says. When someone comments a match, they get answered and messaged automatically.
There is an activity report showing exactly which comments were caught and which DMs went out. Automation you cannot inspect is automation you have to take on faith, and it is your account taking the risk if it misfires.
