Templates: make them yours, tell your agent what they are for, start one from a blank canvas

A template you customized is now your own: name it, write in one field what your agent should use it for, duplicate it into variants, and start a recipe from it in one click. A blank layout with every block optional lets you build one from scratch. Agents read your instructions through the API and follow them over the general rules.

"Customize" used to be the end of the road: a copy with your colours and nothing to tell an agent when to reach for it. Now each of your templates carries a short "For your agent" note (up to 1,200 characters), shown on the card and returned by GET /templates as instructions. An agent that fetches the template reads, for example, "use this for breaking news in Spanish, headline under 60 characters, our logo top left", and does that.

Duplicate. One base, a version per brand or per network, each with its own name and note.
Start a recipe from a template. The card links straight into the recipe form with the template already chosen.
Blank canvas. A layout where label, headline, paragraph, badge, photo, logo and signature are each optional, so you compose only what you need.

Everything an agent fetches is final HTML and CSS: nothing new to learn on its side.
