Free accounts have had an API key since September: 24 content queries a day at 60 requests an hour, with the same 72 hour delay and withheld numbers as the app. The pricing page listed the API among the things Free does not have, the home said 100 requests an hour and the Claude page said 15 queries a day. Every page now prints the numbers the server enforces, from one table, so they cannot drift apart again. Nothing changed in the product: the key, the quota and the hourly budget are what they were.
