A post made on one of your templates keeps its texts as fields, not only as a flat picture. A reviewer you marked "Their OK publishes" can now correct those texts and render the picture again, without sending the post back. Photos, the post text and the accounts stay the author's. A post whose image has to be rendered again is never published without it.
