On the Team page the owner can tick "Publishes own posts after the grade" for a member. From then on that person sends their own post from Review once the reviewer graded it: on an OK, or over a "needs fixes" if they decide to publish anyway; a block still stops it. The grade stays on their record, and the Team page shows each collaborator's average grade by week, fortnight and month, how many posts they sent themselves and how many over the reviewer's objections. Fewer people in the loop, the same account safety.
