Three leaks let a post leave as text only: a per-network copy saved with an empty media list sent that network no picture, a post whose picture had been dropped on the way was approved as text, and the composer let a text-only post through. Now every send requires a picture or video (the organization can allow text-only posts on request), a per-network copy without its own media sends the post's, and the composer says so before anything leaves. Also: a post whose every network create was cut by PostProxy's gateway is checked against PostProxy again instead of sitting as failed, and a first comment that a network does not take stops after the first refusal.
