Some news sites (La Jornada among them) refuse any automated reader with a Cloudflare challenge, and the card said "that link gave nothing to read". The reader now climbs a ladder: the page itself, a residential line, a rendering reader, and finally a metadata service, so title, description, picture, publisher and date arrive anyway. When nothing works, the message says why instead of a bare "nothing to read". The same ladder serves the cards an agent creates from a URL.
