Saving a design renders it to a PNG in your browser, and the browser only draws pictures whose host allows it. The editor used to answer "an image from another site blocked the export" to every failure, including one caused by our own image storage. Now it names the host: a picture from another site is yours to replace; our storage refusing is a server setting we fix, and the message says so.
