The brand alerts that owners and admins get by email and push are now readable by your own agent through the API: the discussions about your brand whose comments are climbing right now, with their links; the alerts the brand was already told about; and a webhook, set in the keywords box of the brand on Projects, where every new alert is POSTed the minute it is written, signed so your agent can trust it. Ask the agent to hand you the three threads worth a comment today with a draft of what to say.

Nothing is searched for a brand without keywords. The extension on the always-on machine does the searching every few hours; status says per network when it last ran.
