High-priority cards rise to the top in red, every card says how long it has waited, the dashboard and a first-login reminder list what is waiting on you and on the team, every assignment email carries the whole backlog, and Monday brings the team scorecard.
A trend has a short life. We kept finding high-priority cards worked three days after they were assigned, when the topic was already gone. The board now treats priority as a clock, not a label.
- Order and colour. Inside every column, urgent first, then high, medium, low; within a level the oldest assignment first. High cards are red, urgent deeper red, medium yellow. Dragging only reorders inside a level.
- The clock on the card. "Assigned 2d ago Β· 1d over the 24h limit". Limits: urgent 8 hours, high 24, medium 72, from the moment of assignment. The label turns red past the limit.
- On your first click after login, a reminder lists your high and medium cards with the hours, and the team's cards past the limit with who holds them. The dashboard shows the same, permanently, plus the week's Top.
- Every assignment email now ends with everything else you still have open, high first, each with its wait, and a button to the board. A daily email repeats it every morning for whoever has high cards open.
- The scorecard. Per person: assigned, delivered on time, late, open and late, hours over the limit summed, and points (+10 high on time, +5 medium, +2 low; β1 per hour late on high, β0.5 on medium, capped at β24 per card). On the dashboard for the whole team, in Reports for owners and admins with the card-by-card detail, and by email on Monday.
The board and the assign dialog are also fully in Spanish now when the interface is.
