Publishing a video now says what is happening, and takes less

A video published with Publish now took six to eight minutes to show as published, and the composer went quiet after six, so it read as a failure. Now the composer warns before the click that a video takes a few minutes, then follows the post through its three steps (queued, preparing the video, sent to the networks) until every network confirms, and the Published count moves without a reload. The preparation itself is faster: the video is downloaded once instead of being read from the bucket by every network check, and a one-minute background sender takes the post instead of waiting for the next two-minute pass.
